Nanguna sila Mayor Ronnie Vicente Lagnada ug DepEd Assistant Secretary for Field Operations Francis Cesar Bringas sa gipahigayong groundbreaking ceremony sa DOP Regional Center Barangay Tiniwisan alang sa 3-storey building sa Department of Education Caraga timaan sa pagsugod sa konstruksyon. "I am honored to be here today, marking the meaningful start of a project that will mold the future of education in our region. Dili lang kini usa ka mahinungdanong milestone for DepEd. Usa usab kini ka kadaugan alang sa atong pinalanggang Butuan kay at least we are trying to develop this area as a regional center,” mensahe ni Mayor Ronnie Vicente Lagnada. "I'm so happy na narealize na jud ang 3-Storey Building sa Caraga Region for the longest period of time. I think for 28 years wala talagang office ang Caraga, and this will be the home of the 12 School’s Division Offices of Caraga Region,” pahayag ni Director Maria Ines Asuncion, OIC-Regional Director, DepEd Caraga. Kasamtangang nag opisina ang DepEd Caraga Region sa Training and Development Center nga nahimutang sa Jose Rosales Avenue ning syudad. "Sa ating mga teachers and learners, we are building a new home for your regional office, at sana magsilbi itong simbolo ng patuloy na pagpapakita ng ating departamento ng kanilang pag value sa inyo pag promote ng magandang edukasyon dito sa Caraga" mensahe ni Asec Francis Cesar Bringas, Asst. Secretary for Field Operations, DepEd. Mitambong sab sa aktibidad sila Dinagat Islands Governor Nilo Demerey Jr., Atty.
