𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘 𝗜-𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗗𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟮𝟭. 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡.
Mandatory accreditation shall immediately apply to new primary tourism enterprises established after the effectivity of this Code. Existing primary tourism enterprises that are not yet accredited shall be given five (5) years after the effectivity of this Code, extendible by two (2) years on a case-to-case basis upon recommendation by the CTCAD and concurred by the BCTC, to secure an accreditation from the DOT. After such period, accreditation shall be sine qua non requirement for all primary tourism enterprises. As to secondary tourism enterprises, the minimum standards
required by this Code must likewise be complied with.
