Gisugdan na adlawng lunes ang pagkuha sa Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit kon MTOP sa mga tricycle drivers sa syudad. Nanguna ang Lokal nga Panggamhanan pinaagi sa City Business Permits and Licensing Office sa renewal sa MTOP sa tanang registered tricycle units-for-hire. Ang MTOP usa ka permit nga ginahatag sa mga tricycle drivers aron mahimong legal ang ilang pagpamasahero. Duna sab insurance ang magdagan nga rehistrado nga tricycle para sa seguridad sa pasahero. Nanghinaut ang CBPLO nga sulod sa bulan sa Setyembre nga renewal, rehistrado na ang kapin sa 3,000 nga units sa tricycle for hire sa syudad sa Butuan. Mahinungdanon ang ang pagkuha sa MTOP tungod mag ilbi kini nga basehan kung legal ba ang pagpamasahero sa usa ka driver ug malikay usab kini sa mga penalty and charges. Ang usa ka bulan ang kalihukan subay sa SP Ordinance No. 6559-2022 o ang β€œAn Ordinance providing a uniform term-based validity period in the issuance of franchise and renewal of Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit (MTOP) on September 1 to 30 2022”.
