BCMTC offers a 6-Month Care Giving Program

Starting this 2008, with the approval of SP Ordinance No. 3004-2008, amending previous SP Ordinance (2998-2006 and 3276-2007), the Butuan City Manpower Training Center headed by DR. AURORA G. ZAPORTIZA as Training Director with close coordination and collaboration with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority will offer a 6-month Care Giving Program to the residents of Butuan City and to interested non-residents of Butuan City.

The fees are as follows :

6 Month Care giving Program (1200 hours)

Residents of Butuan City - Php  5,600.00

Non-residents of Butuan City - Php 9,000.00

An additional P5,000.00 will be also be collected as miscellaneous fee to all those who are taking the 6-month care-giving program to cover materials supplies, insurance, transportation and other expenses related to the course.

Other services provided by the BCMTC is still available and are the folowing :

RESIDENTS OF BUTUAN CITY

• Pre-employment & Household Services          Php 1,000.00
  (272 hours as required by TESDA)            
  
• Household Review Course (3 days)                Php 1,000.00
  
• Caregiver Review Course (1 week)                 Php 1,000.00

NON-RESIDENTS OF BUTUAN CITY

• Pre-employment & Household Services          Php 3,000.00
  (272 hours as required by TESDA)            
  
• Household Review Course (3 days)                Php 3,000.00
  
• Caregiver Review Course (1 week)                 Php 3,000.00

A certification fee will be collected for trainess securing certificate from the Training Director of the Butuan City Manpower Training Course as follows :

• For residents of Butuan City             Php 50.00        
• For non-residents for Butuan City    Php 100.00
