OFFICE OF THE CITY TREASURER

General Function:

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Directs the efficient administration of treasury servi-ces and maintains records, including those related to personal matters.

COLLECTION AND DISBURSEMENT SERVICES
Enforces the collection of revenue, fees and other im-positions due to the city government authorized by law, disburses funds in accordance with laws and ad-ministrative regulations.

REAL PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT SERVICES
Analyzes collection trends and prepares annual reve-nue targets.

TREASURY OPERATION REVIEW SERVICES
Reviews existing operation systems. Review and con-trol ROAs – Trust Funds.
