City Assessor Dr. Aurora G. Zaportiza receives Top Achiever's Award given by the Bureau of Local Government Finance, Department of Finance, CARAGA Administrative Regional Office, Butuan City during the Regional Association of Treasurers and Assessors (REGATA) Conference held on December 10, 2009 at Almont Inland Hotel, Butuan City.

The award is a recognition of her invaluable service to the assessment operations specifically in the assessment of Real Properties enabling the LGU to garner a collection efficiency of 112.20% for CY 2008, ranking No. 2 among the provinces and cities in CARAGA Region.

It is also a recognition for making Butuan City rank No. 1 among the cities in CARAGA Region.
