Coordinates in the various operations of the city offices.
|
Provides auxiliary services for organizational operations particularly in the receiving and transmitting of correspondences, preparation of communications, and other house keeping functions of the office. Responsible for the implementation of the personnel program of the City including but not limited to the recruitment of personnel, preparation of appointments, maintenance of discipline, conduct of training activities and designs to promote operational efficiency and career development of personnel and implementation of employee welfare program. |

To provide assistance in the coordination of various work operations of the city offices, administration of personnel, program promotion of sound internal control system, and adoption of effective mangement practices and operational procedures.
