To provide for the needs of the city in the last months of this year, SP Ord. 3633-2010 is enacted to authorize Supplemental Budget No. 3.

                The amount is PhP 35,215,946.00, and is classified as a lump sum appropriation intended for the following services:

A. General Government Services            -                                                               P 26,411,960.00

                1) Debt Services                      - P        5,000,000.00

                2) Mayor’s Special Fund          -         10,000,000.00

                3) Intelligence Fund                 -         10,000,000.00

                4) Electricity Expenses             -             711,960.00          

                5) Water Expenses                  -              700,000.00

B. Social Services

                1) 5% Budgetary Reserve       -                                                               P   1,760,797.00

C. Economic Services

                1) 20% Development Fund     -                                                               P    7,043,189.00

                Aside from this, the Economic Enterprise for Fiscal Year 2010 is provided with additional appropriations for its operational support for pharmacy and laboratory inventory in the amount of Ten Million Philippine Pesos (PhP10,000,000.00), which is to be sourced from pharmacy and laboratory fees collected.  This is approved for appropriation under SP Ord. No. 3634-2010.
