Infrastructure
a.
Realization of the 2nd Magsaysay / alternate bridge.
b. Continue the construction and / or opening of new roads connecting
to other barangays.
c. Continue the construction of more farm to market roads.
d. Continue the concreting main roads going to the farthest barangay.
e. Continue the concreting of more urban barangay roads.
f. Continue the construction of more drainage canals in urban
areas.
g. Acquisition of lot and construction of a city gymnasium.
h. Support tourism programs especially on local tourism development.
i. Creation of Butuan City River Authority.
j. Realization of the Regional center at Brgy. Ampayon.
k. Development of Uptown and Satellite City.

Continue to support the Development Action Of Intersectoral Synergy
for Poverty Reduction (DAISY for PR) and other major livelihood
programs of the city government.
3. Support the Private Organization (PO’s), NGO’s
and other sectors in their efforts to invite foreign and local investors.
4. Allocate an initial amount of Php. 3 Million for
Butuanons who wish to work abroad.5.
Agriculture
a.
Continue to pursue and intensify the farm mechanization program.
b. Spearhead tree-planting activities in urban and rural barangays.
c. Continue distribution of seedlings of fruit trees, crops, commercial
trees such as falcata, bagras, and other species for commercial
purposes.
d. Continue the support to other agricultural programs such as:

Multi-Livestock Development Program (MLDP)
2. The Animal Disease Control
3. Fishery Development Programs
4. Barangay resource Enhancement Program for Agricultural Development
(BREAD)
5. Support to Cooperatives
6. Establish a South Supermarket and a Night Market
7. Free use of farm tractors for 2 hectares of land and below

1.
Ensure 100% availability of health centers in 86 Barangays in
the City.
2. Continue and intensify support on our Prevention Health Care
and Curative Health Care.
3. Establish two(2) Satellite Medical Clinics.
4. Continue to provide Health Insurance to Indigent Members in
Barangays through the Philippine Health Program.
5. Continue the development of Butuan Sanitary Landfill Cum Zero
Waste Management.
