STEP  2:
Secure the signature of the following

                                       Engr. Vicente C. Nacar

Line and Grade Engr. Armando C. Mondejar

Architectural Archt. John Paul T. Velasco

Structural Engr. Arnold M. Aleta
                 Engr. Edgar B. Labor

Sanitary Engr. Al Patrick M. Dela Calzada

Electrical Engr. Jonathan B. Goyo

Mechanical Engr. Ricardo L. Roferos

Fire Safety Mario Palarca

STEP  3:
Building Assessment Fees Engr. Dinnah Cora A. Tiangha
                                                Engr. Jose G. Polo Jr.

STEP  4:
Recommending Approval Engr. Frankie N. Alcazar

STEP  5:
City Administrator’s Office for verification

STEP  6:
Back to the City Architect’s Office for Approval of Building Permit by Archt. Wilfredo D. Sagusay

STEP  7:
Back to Mrs. Yolanda J. Adormeo/Engr. Dinnah Cora Tiangha for record and release

Procedure in Certificate of Occupancy Application

STEP 1 :
Fill up request for final inspection schedule form to Mrs. Yolanda J. Adormeo/Dinnah Cora A. Tiangha

STEP  2:
After final inspection, present final inspection report and ask for Certificate of Completion form for Civil/Architectural, Electrical & Sanitary to be signed and sealed by professionals in-charge

STEP 3 :
Present final inspection report together with the Certificate of Completion duly signed and sealed by professionals in-charge of installations, logbook and Fire safety inspection report.

Secure the signature of the following:
